How does the Legislative Assembly control the Council of Ministers?

 The Council of Ministers in the state is responsible to the Legislative Assembly for itsfunctions and if Legislative Assembly passes no confidence motion against Councilof Ministers, it has to resign.  If a Money Bill is rejected by the Legislative Assembly, the Council of Ministers has to resign.  Hence, the Legislative Assembly exercises full control over the Council of Ministers.
