How does the Legislative Assembly control the Council of Ministers?

 The Council of Ministers in the state is responsible to the Legislative Assembly for its
functions and if Legislative Assembly passes no confidence motion against Council
of Ministers, it has to resign.

 If a Money Bill is rejected by the Legislative Assembly, the Council of Ministers has to resign.  Hence, the Legislative Assembly exercises full control over the Council of Ministers.
