Any course purchased for less than ₹299 is non-refundable.

No refund request will be entertained under any circumstances once the purchase has been completed.

Refunds for courses in this price range will be processed only if all the following conditions are met:

• Refund Request Timeline — The refund request must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) from the date and time of purchase.
• Course Usage Condition —If the learner has completed more than one day's task/module or has downloaded any course content, as indicated in the course progress/task bar, the refund request will not be eligible.
• GST Deduction — The applicable GST amount will be deducted from the course fee before processing the refund.
• Refund Processing Time — Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source or user account within one week from the date the refund request is initiated.

Refunds for courses priced above ₹999 will be considered only if the following conditions are satisfied:

• Refund Request Timeline — The refund request must be initiated within one week (7 days) from the date and time of purchase.
• Course Usage Condition —If the learner has completed more than one day's task/module or has downloaded any course content, as reflected in the course progress/task bar, the refund request will not be eligible.
• GST Deduction — The applicable GST amount will be deducted from the course fee before processing the refund.
• Refund Processing Time — Once approved, the refund will be processed within one week from the date the refund request is initiated.

• MyClass24 reserves the right to verify course usage and eligibility before approving any refund request.
• Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected.
