What is Raspberry Pi?

A Raspberry Pi is a very small, very cheap, fully functional computer built on a single circuit board about the size of a credit card. Created by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in the UK to make computing education affordable.

It has a processor, RAM, USB ports, HDMI, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Plug in a keyboard, mouse, and monitor it works like a basic desktop. Runs Linux.
