This position is on 22^nd December.

4) When the Sun is directly over the Tropic of Cancer in the Northern Hemisphere, it is also known as the northern solstice.

When the Sun is directly over the Tropic of Capricorn in the Southern Hemisphere, it is also known as the southern solstice.
