Q: What is mass and volume?
GeneralClass 12AllAnswered 27 Mar 2026
Answer
Mass measures the amount of matter in an object (measured in kg or grams) and remains constant everywhere. Volume measures the space an object occupies (measured in cubic meters or liters) and can change with temperature and pressure. Together, they determine density (Density = Mass ÷ Volume).
