Explain the role of an entrepreneur as an innovator and job and wealth generator.

Role of an entrepreneur:

• Entrepreneur as an innovator: An entrepreneur assembles all the information, and analyzes the results derived from sound combination of factors. He sees the opportunity for introducing a new technique or a new product in the market. He puts attractive possibilities into practice.
• Entrepreneur as a wealth generator: Once an enterprise is launched, an entrepreneur assembles all the factors so that he can achieve desired results. He introduces new products and methods of production to earn maximum which results in generation of wealth.
• Entrepreneur as a job generator: As an entrepreneur can not manage the whole enterprise on his own, so he appoints various persons to work in the enterprise. For each and every department he appoints professionals so that the organizational goals are achieved. So he is the one who generates or creates a lot of job opportunities for others.
