What is self-actualisation?

Self actualisation means the desire for self-fulfillment, namely, to the tendency for one to become actualized in what he is potentially. It means realising one’s full potential. It is a driving force that maximizes one’s abilities. An entrepreneur should have a high level of self actualization so that he/she does not have to look out for support for everything.
