Explain output unit.

After processing the data, the information produced needs to be made available to the user in a human readable and understandable form. For that purpose we need an output device to communicate such information to the user. The output device translates the processed data from machine coded form to a human readable form. The commonly used output devices include monitor (VDU), printer etc.
