The personal qualities of entrepreneurs are:
- Competitiveness - A true entrepreneur is never scared of competition. Today’s business environment is getting increasingly dynamic where changes are taking place at fast track. Market conditions, brand loyalty, demanding customers, price changes and technology changes are some of the examples of global competition. Through healthy competition an entrepreneur tries to provide better products and services at reduced prices.
(ii)Confidence – Confidence and trust in oneself is an indispensable trait of an entrepreneur. Successful entrepreneurs have the ability to think quickly and make a wise decision. Entrepreneurs demonstrate extreme self-confidence in order to cope with all the risks of operating their own business. They believe in their capacities to influence the environment.
(iii)Dedication – They have strong dedication in their work as they focused that their vision becomes mission. They stick to predetermined schedules and deadlines to achieve their targets.
