‘An entrepreneur has to sense the opportunities much faster than others do’. Explain why?

An entrepreneur possesses the qualities to foresee the changes. He understands the needs of the users of these changes. Besides this, he is able to distinguish between the real and the perceived value of the opportunity, able to see the risks and their returns, able to estimate the differential advantage of the enterprise in a competitive environment. That is why an entrepreneur senses the opportunities much faster than others do.
